What payment methods do you accept? Do you take international orders?
We’re happy to take orders from any country in the world. We are Verified Paypal users and can accept all major credit cards via PayPal.

I’m not from the UK. How do I know how much your things cost in my local currency?

You can use our currency converter. Remember that exchange rates change daily so the final price at checkout may be slightly different.

How long does shipping take? Do you ship internationally?

Something’s broken on your site!
Sometimes things go wrong – it’s inevitable. If there’s something wrong with a link or an image or the way things display then I’ll try and get it fixed. Use this link to let us know what browser and operating system you’re using.

I can’t place an order! HELP!
Oh no! We use Shopify and PayPal to run the shop and payment systems and have no control over any problems they might be having. Do let us know though and we can put your item(s) on hold and send you a PayPal invoice.

I’m unhappy with my item(s). What are you going to do about it?

Will you be getting any more of (insert item)? It sold out before I could buy it
It depends. Ask and see! Most things we stock are in limited supply but we might have more squirreled away, or be able to put you in contact with the designer if it was handmade.

Where do you get your stuff?
All over the place! Some of it we make ourselves and some we buy from designers we love. Our kawaii stationery comes all the way from Japan and Thailand, either bought there ourselves or via our associates. I make cute things – how do I become a Super Cute Kawaii seller?
Hurray! We love cute things. Money is a little tight at the moment so we can’t stock as many artists as we’d like. Do contact us via the Submissions page and we’ll keep you in mind for our next shopping spree.
